Job summary

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of store management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Handle product returns, order voids, refunds, cash drops, and provide change to cash registers.
• Deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Greet customers, assist with products/services, and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and backroom access.
• Register all sales accurately and track scanning errors, price verifications, and voids.
