Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change as requested to registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Assist with and coach other team members to work with warehouse and vendor ordering process, including backdoor deliveries.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and pricing, and ensure proper signage and displays.
