Qualifikationen

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.

Aufgaben

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including start-ups and cash handling.
• Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change at registers.
• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Hold store keys to open and close without management as necessary.
• Assist with and coach other team members with vendor ordering and deliveries, including backdoor access.
• Register all related sales on assigned cash register and document scanning errors, price verifications, and voids.
• Assist in reviewing order exceptions on release day and reverse logistics.
• Assist in evaluating and developing displays, resets, and promotions; manage stock placement and merchandising.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and on-hand quantities across departments and stockroom.
• Ensure adherence to pricing tasks and local regulatory signage requirements.
• Assist with bookkeeping activities and general store upkeep and repairs as needed.
• Ensure compliance with state laws for regulated products and bag checks for team members.
