Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of store management and manage required system start‑ups and cash handling.
• Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change as requested to cash registers.
• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services; resolve issues for a positive experience.
• Assist with inventory counts, pricing, and display development; ensure signage and regulatory compliance.
• Register sales accurately; review order exceptions; assist with reverse logistics and vendor deliveries.
