Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including cash handling and ensuring readiness for the business day.
• Completes product returns, refunds, cash drops, and provides change at registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive customer experience.
• Greets customers, assists with products and services, and resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Manages backroom operations, inventory counts, pricing updates, and displays.
• Assists with vendor deliveries, order reviews, and returns processing.
• Maintains store cleanliness and appearance and ensures compliance with policies.
