Taco Bell Corp. is seeking hourly Team Members to support the RGM by running shifts in a self-sufficient manner. You will take ownership, resolve issues, and guide teammates throughout each shift.

Responsibilities include executing the MIC routine, maintaining food safety and quality, greeting customers, and assisting with training. Applicants must be 18+, pass background/drug checks, have reliable transportation, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs while standing most of the shift.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass background check criteria and drug test.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Able to do basic business math.
• Able to stock shelves and coolers.
• Able to oversee and manage subordinate employees.
• Able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves and lift and carry trash.
• Able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant.
• Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs. and stooping during 90% of shift time.
• Hours typical 30+ per week; hours may vary by business needs.

Responsabilidades

• Execute the MIC (Manager-In-Charge) routine and ensure tasks under People, Customers and Service are completed.
• Ensure that all Team Members complete their Shift Excellence tasks for their positions.
• Ensure a neat appearance and proper uniform are worn by all employees.
• Prioritize customer needs and maintain positive customer relations.
• Ensure food safety, quality and accuracy of orders.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and maintain positive relations.
• Greet customers with a smile and be polite and pleasant.
• Work with urgency and with management and peers as a team.
• Participate in training of Team Members and provide feedback.
• Assist RGM with cash control, inventory and labor management.
• Oversee product preparation, rotation, portioning, cooking and holding times.
• Maintain health and safety standards and perform other duties as required.
