Responsibilities include enforcing food safety and service standards, training team members, managing inventories and labor, and delivering consistent customer satisfaction. The role involves standing for long periods and may require lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must pass background check and drug test.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to perform basic business math.
• Able to stock shelves and coolers.
• Able to supervise and direct employees.
• Able to sweep, mop and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Hours typically 30+ per week.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent customer satisfaction and high service standards.
• Run shifts effectively, with ownership and problem-solving.
• Oversee appearance, uniforms and grooming.
• Maintain food safety, quality and order accuracy.
• Resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining goodwill.
