Job summary

The role emphasizes customer service leadership, supervising team members, and maintaining merchandising standards. Weekend and evening shifts may be required.

Experience in retail is preferred; physical tasks such as lifting and standing are expected.

Qualifications

• Retail and customer service experience required.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to lift up to 10 pounds frequently.
• Able to stand for an entire shift.
• Able to perform routine physical tasks (climb, squat, kneel, push, pull).
• Comfortable in intermittent temperatures in-store, outside, and in cooler.
• Willing to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service leadership.
• Ensure adherence to company policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized store appearance.
• Handle cash and card transactions with integrity.
• Respond to emergencies for safety of customers and staff.
• Ensure merchandising and marketing programs are executed with proper plan-o-gram integrity.
• Monitor store activities to ensure proper transactions.
• Rotate foodservice products to keep them fresh and appealing.
