S&G Stores in Warren, Michigan, is seeking a Shift Lead to support the store manager in compliance with laws and policies, while ensuring excellent customer service and efficient store operations. Responsibilities include promoting a clean store, handling transactions, responding to emergencies, and maintaining product integrity. Candidates must have retail and customer service experience, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and work various shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Retail experience / Customer Service Experience Required.
• Able to occasionally lift 50 pounds.
• Able to frequently lift objects up to 10 pounds.
• Able to stand for an entire shift.
• Ability to periodically handle routine physical tasks such as climbing, squatting, kneeling, pushing, and/or pulling.
• Comfortable working in intermittent temperatures for short periods of time.
