Blank Street, Inc. is seeking a Shift Lead to guide daily operations on the floor, model excellent hospitality, and support the team in delivering high-quality coffee and customer service.

You’ll lead by example, ensure smooth shift execution, and train new staff while maintaining brand standards. This hands-on role suits someone who thrives in fast-paced settings and loves connecting with people.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in a customer service leadership position (hospitality/coffee/beverage).
• 18+ years of age.
• Able to lift 25+ lbs and stand for long periods.
• Full-time availability: 30-40 hours/week, 4-5 days; must cover Fri–Sun peak days.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify).
• Barista accreditation and training program.
• Tenure-based paid time off and sick time.

Responsibilities

• Craft beautiful coffee and matcha products.
