Job summary

Better Buzz Coffee in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily service, train teammates, and ensure quality coffee and guest experiences. Base pay is $17.00 per hour, with tips averaging about $4.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in coffee, food service, or hospitality preferred
• Prior supervisory experience preferred
• Drive-Thru experience is preferred
• Guest service focused, solution oriented
• Passion for great coffee and exceptional guest service
• Reliable, punctual, and available for nights, weekends and holidays
• Must be available to work 28 hours/week including nights, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Better Buzz experience through fast, friendly, and genuine service
• Be knowledgeable about our coffee, tea, food, and specialty drinks
• Prepare and serve beverages and food consistently following recipe standards
• Lead shift duties and ensure store cleanliness and safety
• Balance and manage deposits and assist with inventory and waste management
• Open/close duties and support leadership as needed
