Better Buzz Coffee, Avondale, AZ, is hiring baristas to deliver fast, friendly service and to provide an authentic Buzz Life experience. You will learn our menu, craft beverages to recipe standards, and work across café roles from barista to kitchen support.

Base pay is $15.15 per hour with tips averaging around $4.00 per hour. Join a high-energy team with growth opportunities, paid sick time, and a strong emphasis on guest connection and community.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in coffee, food service, or hospitality preferred.
• Passion for great coffee and exceptional guest service.
• Strong communicator with a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
• Reliable, punctual, and available for nights, weekends and holidays and able to work 22 hours each week.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Better Buzz experience through fast, friendly, and genuine service.
• Be knowledgeable about our coffee, tea, food, and specialty drinks.
• Prepare and serve beverages and food consistently following recipe standards.
• Work all café positions - our baristas are cross-trained and adaptable - including working in our kitchens to make food to order.
• Keep our spaces clean, safe - always ready for guests and teammates.
• Produces proper drink and food items to standard recipe specifications.
• Stock all necessary ingredients in accordance with each station's needs.
• Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products and areas.
