Job summary

Better Buzz Coffee Roasters in Queen Creek, AZ is hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead daily service, ensure quality, and maintain a welcoming buzz for guests. You will train teammates, run breaks, balance deposits, and uphold brand standards during busy shifts.

The role requires at least 1 year in coffee or hospitality, availability for 28 hours per week including nights and weekends, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in coffee, food service, or hospitality preferred.
• Previous fast paced coffee experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be available to work 28 hours/week including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Better Buzz experience through fast, friendly, and genuine service.
• Be knowledgeable about our coffee, tea, food, and specialty drinks.
• Prepare and serve beverages and food following recipe standards.
• Lead all shift duties and cross-train in kitchen tasks as needed.
• Balance and manage deposits and assist with inventory and waste management.
