Job summary

Better Buzz Coffee in California is hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations, deliver fast, friendly service and maintain store standards. Earn up to $21.50 per hour, with tips and a supportive team culture fueling a buzz life.

You will train staff, manage scheduling, handle deposits, and ensure guest satisfaction across busy shifts. Availability for at least 22 hours weekly, including weekends and holidays, is required, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in coffee, food service, or hospitality preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Drive-Thru experience is preferred.
• Guest service focused, solution oriented.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Better Buzz experience through fast, friendly, and genuine service.
• Be knowledgeable about our coffee, tea, food, and specialty drinks.
• Prepare and serve beverages and food consistently following recipe standards.
• Work all café positions with cross-training and adaptability.
• Lead shift duties and manage store cleanliness and safety.
