Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in coffee, food service, or hospitality.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Drive-Thru experience is preferred.
• Must be available to work 28 hours/week including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communicator with a positive, solution-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Better Buzz experience through fast, friendly, and genuine service.
• Be knowledgeable about our coffee, tea, food, and specialty drinks.
• Prepare and serve beverages and food following recipe standards.
• Work all café positions — cross-trained and adaptable, including kitchen tasks.
• Assist with scheduling, breaks, and shift coverage.
• Lead all shift duties as directed by the manager on duty.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety for guests and teammates.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team.
• Balance and manage deposits and cash handling.
• Participate in inventory and waste management.
