Job summary

Responsibilities

• Converse with customers to confirm drink orders and enter into POS.
• Know recipes and secret menu items.
• Manage shift operations and energy, ensure quality and service.
• Train and develop team, communicate updates to management.
• Handle payments and give correct change.
• Prepare drinks and premixes.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment.
