Responsibilities

• Converse with customers to confirm drink orders and enter into POS accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of all recipes and secret menu items.
• Oversee shift operations: drink quality, customer interaction, speed, and energy.
• Communicate with stand management about personnel, equipment, and inventory changes.
• Assist with training and development of team members.
