Job summary

Anchor Point Management Group is seeking a Shift Lead for our coffee stand in Celina, Texas. You will oversee a fast-paced shift, ensure drink quality, greet customers warmly, and drive smooth operations from opener to close.

You’ll lead the on-shift crew, train teammates, coordinate with stand management on staffing, equipment, and inventory, and uphold our standards and culture every day.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including early mornings and late nights.
• Weekend availability and possible holidays.
• Previous leadership or management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand for several hours.

Responsibilities

• Converse with customers to confirm drink orders and enter them into the POS.
• Know all recipes and secret menu items.
• Manage shift operations and energy, ensuring quality and service.
• Train and develop team members.
• Collect payments and handle change accurately.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards.
