Job summary

Responsibilities include taking orders, operating the POS, training teammates, managing equipment and inventory awareness, and maintaining a safe, fast-paced, friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including early mornings and late nights.
• Regularly works weekends and is available to work holidays if necessary.
• Previous management or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Can converse with customers to confirm drink orders and correctly enter them into the POS.
• Knowledgeable of all recipes and secret menu items.
• Knowledgeable of all stand processes and procedures.
• Manage the operations and energy of the shift, including drink quality, customer interaction, and speed.
• Communicate with stand management about personnel, equipment, and inventory.
• Assist management with training and development of team members.
