Job summary

Lindt USA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to join our premium Lindt Chocolate Shops. You will lead a team to deliver a positive in-store experience, drive sales, and uphold brand standards.

Responsibilities include training staff, managing inventory and cash, and ensuring store compliance with quality policies. Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a specialty retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail experience, preferably in a specialty retail environment.
• Basic math and/or accounting skills.
• Ability to take direction and delegate/exeute through others.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales plans.
• Train sales staff per Lindt guidelines to ensure knowledgeable and friendly staff.
• Oversee inventory control, shrink, and cash management to maintain store standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness and comply with quality assurance policies.
