Qualifications

• Prior retail experience, preferably in a specialty retail environment.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Must be available to work nights, weekends and Holidays

Responsibilities

• Sell and meet/exceed sales plans and contribute to district sales goals.
• Train and develop staff to achieve daily/weekly monthly targets.
• Maintain inventory controls, cash handling and store procedures.
