Job summary

Lindt USA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead in-store experiences across Lindt Chocolate Shops in the U.S. You will drive sales, supervise staff, and maintain premium customer service with a hands-on, proactive approach.

You will train and coach team members, ensure inventory controls, and uphold quality standards while working nights, weekends, and holidays to support store success.

Qualifications

• Proven sales background and ability to drive results.
• Ability to take direction and effectively delegate and execute through others.
• Basic math and/or accounting skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales to meet or exceed plans and participate in achieving district goals.
• Train and develop staff to maintain knowledge and brand standards.
• Supervise operations, ensure stock levels, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Lead the team in Lindt standards and customer experience, including scheduling and duties.
