Lindt USA, a premium chocolate retailer, seeks a Shift Supervisor to lead in-store sales and staff development. You will ensure sales plans are met, train team members on product knowledge, and uphold brand standards while managing inventory and cash procedures.

The role requires flexibility to work nights and weekends, with a focus on delivering a premium customer experience across Lindt Chocolate Shops nationwide.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to take direction and delegate tasks effectively to others.
• Basic math or accounting skills applicable to POS and cash handling.

Responsabilités

• Drive store sales to meet and exceed the weekly, monthly and annual plans.
• Train and develop sales staff per Lindt & Sprüngli guidelines to ensure knowledgeable, friendly service.
• Maintain inventory control, cash handling, POS and compliance with QA policies.
• Uphold store cleanliness and presentation consistent with brand standards.
