Job summary

Lindt USA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver a premium in-store experience for our customers. You will supervise a small team and model Lindt's service standards during all shifts.

Candidates should have a proven sales background, be willing to work nights and weekends, and handle cash and POS procedures while maintaining stock and store cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Proven sales background.
• Ability to take direction and delegate effectively.
• Basic math skills for POS and transactions.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store sales plans and contribute to district goals.
• Train and develop staff in Lindt guidelines and customer service.
• Supervise staff to achieve sales standards and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain store operational controls and cleanliness.
• Manage cash handling, POS procedures and records.
