The role requires a reliable, energetic retail professional with proven sales experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to lift and stock merchandise as needed. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have prior retail sales experience.
• Able to take direction and delegate tasks effectively.
• Strong numerical skills for cash handling and POS accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store sales plans and contribute to district targets.
• Train and develop sales staff per Lindt guidelines to ensure knowledge and brand representation.
• Maintain store operations, inventory control, and cleanliness to deliver a premium customer experience.
