Job summary

Lindt USA, premium chocolate retailer, seeks a Shift Supervisor to elevate in-store experiences for customers. You will lead a small team, model Lindt standards, and foster a welcoming, high-energy environment.

Key duties include meeting sales targets, coaching staff, monitoring stock, and ensuring accurate cash handling and store operations. Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays is required in this fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Proven sales background.
• Ability to take direction and delegate and execute through others.
• Basic math and/or accounting skills.
• Experience: Prior retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales plans and KPIs.
• Train and develop staff to maintain Lindt standards in customer service.
• Supervise staff to achieve sales goals, conversions, and upsell targets.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure smooth store operations and stock accuracy.
• Maintain cash handling, POS procedures, and compliance with policies.
