Vireo Health, Inc. is recruiting a Shift Lead for our Star Buds location in Longmont, CO. This full-time role focuses on exceptional customer service, cash handling, and store operations to ensure an efficient, compliant, and welcoming cannabis retail experience.

The Shift Lead supports the Store Director and Assistant Manager, contributes to inventory accuracy, merchandising, and customer satisfaction, and helps maintain a fast-paced, compliant work environment daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cannabis products a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in cash handling and basic math.
• Reliable, punctual and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, welcoming customer service and assist with product guidance.
• Train and support cash handling and transaction procedures.
• Maintain accurate cash reconciliation and reporting.
• Collaborate with inventory team on product organization and promotions.
• Help ensure a clean, organized store environment and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with returns and exchanges, ensuring smooth process.
