Vireo Health, Inc. is hiring a Shift Lead for the Fort Collins, CO location. This full-time role supports store operations with emphasis on customer service, cash handling, and inventory management in a fast-paced retail setting.

The Shift Lead role experiences opportunities to enhance the customer journey, ensure policy adherence, and collaborate with the Store Director and Assistant Manager. Cannabis knowledge is a plus.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred.
• Knowledge of cannabis and its products is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in cash handling and accurate basic math calculations.
• Reliable, punctual, and possesses a strong work ethic.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customers with a friendly and welcoming experience, assisting them as needed.
• Offer product information and guidance, answering questions and helping customers find suitable product.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns, striving to ensure their satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment to create an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Collaborate with the team to suggest improvements based on customer feedback.
• Assist with returns and exchanges, ensuring a hassle-free process for customers.
• Support the team in training staff on proper cash handling and transaction procedures.
• Work together with colleagues to perform daily cash reconciliation and reporting.
• Collaborate with the inventory management team to ensure accurate inventory levels.
• Assist in implementing in-store promotions and sales strategies to manage inventory.
