Vireo Health of Rocky Mountain is seeking a Shift Lead to ensure smooth store operations and outstanding customer service. The role supports the Store Director and Assistant Manager while upholding policies and procedures in a fast-paced retail cannabis setting.

In this non-supervisory position, you will help manage cash handling, inventory, and daily store workflows, contributing to a memorable customer experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cannabis and its products is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in cash handling and basic math.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a friendly and welcoming experience, assisting them as needed.
• Offer product information and guidance, helping customers find suitable products.
