Vireo Health of Rocky Mountain is seeking a Shift Lead for our Albuquerque dispensary. You will help ensure smooth store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences while supporting the Store Director and Assistant Manager in enforcing policies and procedures.

This non-supervisory role emphasizes cash handling, inventory support, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Applicants should be 21+, with retail or customer service experience; cannabis product knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cannabis products is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in cash handling and basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a friendly and welcoming experience and assist as needed.
• Oversee cash handling, reconciliation, and daily cash procedures.
• Assist in organizing inventory and restocking to optimize accessibility.
