Job summary

Vireo Health, Inc. is seeking a Shift Lead for our LivWell retail location in Cortez, CO.

This non-supervisory role supports the Store Director and Assistant Manager to maintain policy adherence and ensure a seamless customer experience, with a focus on operational efficiency and exceptional service. You will be part of a fast-growing cannabis platform, contributing to a welcoming, well-organized store environment while handling cash procedures, inventory, and customer inquiries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cannabis products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a friendly and welcoming experience and assist as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment for an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Support Store Director and Assistant Manager in daily operations and policy adherence.
• Assist with returns and exchanges to ensure a smooth process.
