Vireo Health of Rocky Mountain is hiring a Shift Lead for our Starbuds location in Denver's Highlands area. You will help keep the store running smoothly, balance policy adherence with outstanding customer service, and support the Store Director and Assistant Manager in daily operations.

This non-supervisory role emphasizes hands-on leadership, accurate cash handling, inventory support, and a welcoming customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Cannabis product knowledge is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in cash handling and basic math.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, welcoming customer service and product guidance.
• Assist with returns and exchanges and ensure smooth transactions.
• Support cash handling procedures and daily reconciliations.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment.
