Vireo Health of Rocky Mountain is seeking a Shift Lead for our Albuquerque, NM location. This role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining store operations, and supporting leadership with cash handling and inventory tasks.

The ideal candidate has a solid retail or customer service background, comfortable in a fast-paced cannabis environment, and capable of guiding team members while adhering to store policies and procedures.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role preferred.
• Knowledge of cannabis and its products is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in cash handling and accurate basic math calculations.
• Reliable, punctual, and with a strong work ethic.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customers with a friendly and welcoming experience, assisting them as needed.
• Offer product information and guidance, answering questions and helping customers find suitable products.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns, striving to ensure their satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment to create an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Collaborate with the team to suggest improvements based on customer feedback.
• Assist with returns and exchanges, ensuring a hassle-free process for customers.
• Support the team in training staff on proper cash handling and transaction procedures.
• Work with colleagues to perform daily cash reconciliation and reporting.
• Collaborate with the inventory management team to ensure accurate inventory levels.
• Participate in monitoring supply chain performance and identifying process improvements.
