Vireo Health in Boulder, CO is hiring a Shift Lead for our Rocky Mountain retail location. You'll ensure smooth store operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and support the Store Director and Assistant Manager.

This non-supervisory role focuses on policy adherence, process efficiency, and a memorable customer experience in a fast-paced cannabis retail environment. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, are at least 21, and bring retail or customer service experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cannabis and its products is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in cash handling and basic math calculations.
• Reliable, punctual and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless store operations and exceptional customer service.
• Assist with cash handling and daily cash reconciliation.
• Maintain organized store environment and assist with returns.
• Collaborate with team to improve customer experience.
• Support inventory management and restocking.
• Follow policies, procedures and safety guidelines.
