Vireo Health of Rocky Mountain is seeking a Shift Lead at our EveryDay Weed location in Commerce City, Colorado. You will support the Store Director and Assistant Manager to keep operations running smoothly while delivering friendly, compliant customer service in a fast-paced retail setting.

This non-supervisory role emphasizes cash handling, inventory accuracy, and teamwork—ensuring store standards, assisting with returns, and helping drive promotions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cannabis products is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in cash handling and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless store operations and excellent customer service for guests.
• Support Store Director and Assistant Manager in policy adherence and daily execution.
• Assist with cash handling, daily reconciliation, and transaction procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and assist with returns/exchanges.
• Collaborate with team on promotions and inventory management.
