Vireo Health of Rocky Mountain is seeking a Shift Lead for our Westminster, CO location. You will support the Store Director and Assistant Manager, ensure policy adherence, and maintain smooth daily operations to deliver a superior customer experience.

As a non-supervisory, hands-on role, you’ll drive customer service, cash handling, and inventory flow while contributing to a welcoming, compliant, and efficient retail environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service and communication skills required.
• Experience handling cash and basic math.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of cannabis products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, welcoming customer service and guidance.
• Train and support cash handling procedures and daily reconciliation.
• Assist in inventory organization and restocking.
• Maintain clean, organized store environment and ensure compliance with policies.
• Support returns and exchanges to ensure a smooth process.
• Assist in implementing in-store promotions and sales strategies.
