Vireo Health of Rocky Mountain is hiring a Shift Lead at our EveryDay Weed location in Commerce City, Colorado. You will support the Store Director and Assistant Manager, ensure policy adherence, and deliver an outstanding customer experience in a fast-paced dispensary environment.

The role blends customer service, cash handling, and store operations, requiring excellent communication, reliability, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 21 years of age or older preferred for compliance.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cannabis products a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
