Taco Bell Corp. in Kissimmee, FL is seeking a Shift Lead to drive a fast-paced team and uphold Taco Bell’s standards. You will coach Team Members, resolve customer concerns, and collaborate with management on initiatives to shape the restaurant’s future.

You’ll ensure food safety and quality, manage cash procedures, inventory and labor, and provide regular feedback to the GM. This role requires at least 1 year in restaurant/retail with 3 months as shift lead, strong communication, and dependable

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent communication, management/leadership and organizational skills.
• Physical dexterity to move up to 45 lbs.
• Attendance and punctuality a must.
• Basic math skills and cash handling.
• Ability to operate a cash register and make change.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with energy to meet Taco Bell standards.
• Oversee team tasks, ensure food safety, quality and timely order fulfillment.
• Provide feedback to GM on team performance.
• Assist with hiring and training of Team Members.
• Assist GM with cash control, inventory and labor management.
• Uphold health and safety standards and facility upkeep.
• Resolve customer concerns and maintain positive relations.
