Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking a Shift Lead in Florida to guide shifts with energy and a focus on delivering excellent guest experiences. You will coach Team Members, drive operational standards, and partner with management on business initiatives to improve our restaurant's performance.

Ideal candidates bring 1 year of restaurant/retail exp with shift lead experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to health and safety.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred
• Adheres to cash, security, inventory, and labor policies
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Accessibility to dependable and reliable transportation
• Excellent communication skills, management/leadership and organizational skills
• Physical dexterity required (the ability to move up to 45 lbs.)
• Attendance and Punctuality a must
• Operating of cash register as needed and making change for other cashiers
• Basic Math skills
• Maintains customer satisfaction and adheres to health and safety standards
• Promotes and champions Taco Bell's culture and values
• Provides constructive feedback to Team Members
• Executes shift duties accurately and efficiently
• Promotes equity, inclusion, and belonging
• Ensures teammates and customers enjoy a positive experience

Responsibilities

• Execute the MIC Success Routine to prioritize customer needs.
• Oversee Team Members' Shift Excellence tasks and grooming standards.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and accurate orders.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and maintain good relations.
• Provide regular feedback to the GM on performance.
• Mentor and train Team Members on shift duties.
