Responsibilities

• Execute the MIC (Manager in Charge) Success Routine to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee Shift Excellence tasks and maintain clean appearances.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.
• Provide regular feedback to the GM on team performance.
• Assist GM with candidate screening and labor management.
• Handle conflicts and maintain positive guest relations.
• Manage inventory, cash controls, and security procedures.
