Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role may include shift management duties when managers are absent.

Responsibilities include leading a team to deliver excellent service to retail and professional customers, handling showroom service levels, processing store transfers and special orders, and ensuring accurate invoicing and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• RSS Certification required.
• Retail sales experience in auto parts is desirable.
• Automotive systems/repair knowledge is desirable.
• ASE Certification and multilingual ability (Spanish) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure policy adherence.
• Handle buy online/ship to store and transfers; contact customers on shipment arrivals.
• Process returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and efficiently.
• Lead opening/closing duties, manage cash deposits, and ensure security procedures.
