O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to assist the Store Manager and Assistant Managers with sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role may assume shift management in the absence of leadership. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

The position emphasizes team leadership, scheduling adherence, and completing opening/closing duties while ensuring accurate invoicing and efficient handling of store operations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in providing excellent customer service to customers.
• Supervise showroom customer service and execute service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to policy.
• Process BOPIS, ship-to-store, hub and store transfers promptly; contact customers on shipment arrivals as needed.
• Process returns and refunds accurately with correct payment methods.
• Invoice all merchandise before it leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Ensure adherence to posted work schedule; clock-in/out per policy.
• Perform opening/closing duties, including day-end procedures, banking tasks and security checks.
• All other duties as assigned.
