Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support store leadership in sales, customer service, and store operations, with shift management responsibilities in absence of managers. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and bring strong communication skills.

Responsibilities include leading team in delivering customer service, managing showroom operations, handling buy online/ship to store orders, returns, and inventory checks, while ensuring policies and POS accuracy

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills are required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service.
• Supervise showroom customer service levels and programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store orders, transfers, and DC add orders.
• Handle returns and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
