Job summary

Five Guys is seeking a Shift Leader in Houston, TX. You will lead the shift, run operations in the absence of on-site management, and work across roles—from cashier to grill to dining room—to ensure fast, accurate service and a great guest experience.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience (leadership preferred).

• Lead the shift and step in to run operations when managementisn’ton site

• Coach, support, and motivate crew members to perform at their best
• Help train new team members and build a strong, positive culture
• Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and up to brand standards
• Manage shift tasks like breaks, cash handling, and closing reports

• 1–2 years of restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience (leadership preferred)

• Basic math and comfort using POS systems
