Five Guys is hiring for a Shift Leader in Houston, TX. The role focuses on leading shifts, training team members, and delivering fast, friendly service to guests in a busy kitchen setting.

• Coach, support, and motivate crew members to perform at their best.
• Help train new team members and build a strong, positive culture.
• Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and up to brand standards.
• Manage shift tasks like breaks, cash handling, and closing reports.
