Job summary

Five Guys is seeking a Shift Leader in Williamsburg, VA to lead daily operations on site. You will work hands‑on across cashier, grill, prep, fries, and dining room roles to deliver fast, accurate service and an outstanding guest experience.

The role requires 1–2 years of leadership experience, strong communication, and the ability to stay calm under pressure in a busy environment. POS proficiency and basic math are expected.

Responsibilities

• Coach and motivate crew members to perform at their best.
• Help train new team members and build a strong, positive culture.
• Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and up to brand standards.
• Manage shift tasks like breaks, cash handling, and closing reports.
