Job summary

Five Guys in Chambersburg, PA is seeking a Shift Leader to guide daily operations, supervise crew, and deliver fast, friendly service. You’ll lead by example, work side-by-side with your team, and set the tone for every shift.

You’ll step into every role—from cashier to grill and dining room—while ensuring guest satisfaction, training new teammates, and maintaining brand standards in a fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity with room to grow.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience (leadership preferred)
• A team-first mindset withstrong communicationskills
• Someone who leads by doing—not just directing
• Ability to stay cool and make decisions in a fast-paced environmentBasic math and comfort using POS systems
