Five Guys is seeking a Shift Leader in the United States to lead shifts, train teammates, and uphold brand standards. You’ll be hands-on, stepping into cashier, grill, prep, fries, and dining room roles as needed to ensure top guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience (leadership preferred).
• Team-first mindset with strong communication skills.
• Leads by doing, not just directing.
• Ability to stay calm and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and comfort using POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift and step in to run operations when management isn’t on site.
• Jump into every position—cashier, grill, prep, fries, dining room.
• Deliver fast, accurate service and guest experience each time.
• Coach, support, and motivate crew members to perform at their best.
• Help train new team members and build a strong, positive culture.
• Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and up to brand standards.
• Manage shift tasks like breaks, cash handling, and closing reports.
