Job summary

Five Guys in Missouri is seeking a Shift Leader to guide daily operations and set the tone for each shift. You will lead by example, work side-by-side with your team, and ensure every guest walks out impressed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience (leadership preferred).
• Strong communications skills and a team‑first mindset.
• Basic math skills and comfort using POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift and run operations when management isn’t on site.
• Jump into cashier, grill, prep, fries, dining room as needed.
• Deliver fast, accurate service and create a great guest experience.
