You’ll start with a quick huddle, monitor daily operations, review performance, and report needs to management. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required to keep operations running smoothly.

You start the shift with a quick team huddle, sharing goals and priorities for the day. Throughout your shift, you'll coach team members, assist guests, and handle any challenges that arise, ensuring operations run smoothly. Using your leadership skills, you'll monitor financial objectives, track labor costs, and encourage upselling to maximize revenue. Before wrapping up, you'll review team performance and report any needs or concerns to the management team.
